- Courier transport
For the delivery of your orders we normally use the courier services of Geis. In addition to interesting discounts we try to guarantee favourable transport fees as well. When you purchase in our e-shop you receive transport free of charge with a purchase above € 79. *The transport free of charge can be time limited and might change depending on special offers in progress. Goods are delivered directly to your hands to the address which you will specify as your invoice address or to the delivery address of your choice. Courier deliveries with collection on delivery can be paid only in cash directly to the courier.
- Personal collection
Personal collection can be performed on the day of despatch of the order within the premises of our store at the Areál Istrochem, Vajnorská 127/C, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic. We shall have the goods ready for you for a period of 7 days from the despatch of the order and you can collect them during working days from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM. If this time period does not suit you, it is possible to arrange a personal time slot via telephone or text message to +421 944 627 725. In case of personal collection you only pay the value of the goods, we do not charge any additional fees for personal collection.
The fee for courier delivery within the territory of Slovak Republic within 24 - 48 hours is charged on the basis of the value of your order and mode of payment:

*Specified prices apply only for the despatch of ordinary consignment within Slovak Republic and the despatch of an entire order within one consignment. If the order is divided and sent in multiple consignments, the overall transfer fees might be higher. Applies only if the customer requests to divide the order into multiple consignments. If the division is a decision of the store, transport is always free of charge. Specified transport prices include VAT.
Despatch of goods
Within our online toy store we have 95% of goods stored in our own warehouse. Your order is, therefore, despatched no later than 24 - 48 hours following its receipt and processing or on the following working day. The expected delivery period within the pre-Christmas time is 3 - 7 working days. If the waiting period is longer, we will contact you shortly.
- The goods available in the warehouse which were ordered during a working day until 3.00 PM are usually despatched within the same day and you can expect it the following working day, or within 48 hours.
- Orders received on working days after 3.00 PM, during the weekend and on national public holidays within the Slovak Republic are despatched during the following working day.
Following the order’s despatch to the carrier, the goods will be delivered to you within the period from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM during working days. We are not able to influence the exact time of delivery and therefore, we recommend that have your consignments delivered for example to your work.
On the day of your order’s despatch we will send you, via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, the number of the consignment, fee to be paid to the courier and the link to the courier company Geis, in order for you to be able to track the consignment. The payment is possible only in cash. Be ready at the address you specified to receive the consignment, or authorise a different person to collect the consignment and inform the courier company about it at their Geis customer line 18181. Unfortunately, the carrier cannot wait.
The price for transport abroad is € 10. The payment can be executed only online by card or in advance via a bank account transfer.
How can you pay in our store?
- Online card payment
Shopping in our store is really easy. Thanks to the development of Internet banking the entire payment process was shortened to a minimum. The online card payment via a payment gateway GoPay allows you to pay using your payment card directly to our account within several seconds. Thanks to this the delivery of your order will be faster and you do not have to bother with a cash payment on delivery when receiving the goods.
- Payment by account transfer
If you are not in a hurry concerning your order, you can also pay in our store via a typical bank transfer. We will send you the invoice with the data for the bank transfer following the confirmation of your order. In case of a payment via bank transfer the delivery time of the goods increases by the time necessary for entering the bank transaction into accounts and the processing of the payment. We despatch the goods only after the transfer of funds to our bank account. The transfer usually takes 2-3 days.
- Payment on delivery
If you want to pay only on the collection of goods, please choose the Payment on delivery option from modes of payment. We will send you the order via the courier service Geis once it has been processed. The courier will deliver the consignment directly to your address. The parcel delivery is preceded by a telephone notification and arrangement of a suitable time of delivery. If you choose the Payment on delivery mode of payment, you pay directly to the courier only on the collection of goods. The payment is possible only in cash.
- Payment in cash
Do you prefer the typical payment in cash or do you want to inspect the goods before paying and seek advice? A payment in cash directly in our store is possible only in case of personal collection directly in our store in Nové Mesto, Bratislava, Slovak Republic. How can you find out the status of your order?
If you have chosen a courier service as the mode of delivery in our toy store, you can track your consignment directly at the Geis website within the customer service section Consignment tracking.
All you have to do is fill in the number of your consignment in the first field of the Consignment tracking section which we have sent you at the despatch of goods from the e-mail address email@example.com and you will be exactly informed about the date and time of delivery of the goods. You can request a different date of delivery on the telephone line of the courier company Geis. If you are not found at the address of delivery, the courier will deliver the parcel to you during the following working day.
